For the past 2 years I have been working in the real estate industry on a part time basis, with my main focus on selling. During this time I have been out in the community, meeting people, and learning about the local real estate market. I am extremely knowledgeable about St Clair and the surrounding suburbs and know all the key features of the area as I have been a local resident for over 30 years. I am proud to say that in the 2 years I have been back at Australian Real Estate Nepean District, I have sold 39 Properties in St Clair alone, my latest 2 sales have smashed the current prices, which is an amazing achievement!
