Given that Melissa was new to the role in sales she was very professional when it came to dealing with us and particularly the tenants in our property. In this instance I think it was a very important role to keep everyone happy with the stressful situation when it comes to selling. Melissa had a great repour with tenants which then made the selling process non stressful. Even at times when Melissa was not available the office staff were very helpful.
