We had some difficulties getting our incompetent bank to sort out our finances and it ended up being a much longer process than it ever needed to be. During that time Mel was incredibly patient, open and honest. In my opinion Mel acted in the best interests of both parties. Settlement date was moved twice because the vendor was "having a meltdown" and Melissa guilted me into agreeing to a bizarre arrangement to support the vendor. Melissa encouraged me to conduct the final inspection post settlement, and when we arrived the place was filthy with a newly broken window. Wildly unprofessional, a headache from start to finish, would not work with her again.
