Poor experience

Settlement date was moved twice because the vendor was "having a meltdown" and Melissa guilted me into agreeing to a bizarre arrangement to support the vendor. Melissa encouraged me to conduct the final inspection post settlement, and when we arrived the place was filthy with a newly broken window. Wildly unprofessional, a headache from start to finish, would not work with her again.
