Melissa and Marcos were not professional at all. They never answered their phone, and they did not follow up with us on anything. We received two stressful phone calls from the agency regarding another property, but they did not address our concerns or answer our questions. They caused us a lot of stress. Real estate agents are supposed to work for both the buyers and the vendors, but it seemed like they were only interested in helping the vendors. Furthermore, it has been two weeks since the settlement, and we have not heard anything from them. They did not even send us a settlement gift, and they just came and took the sign. As a buyer, we are very unhappy with our experience with them.
