Melissa Nottle

Melissa was secondary agent on the sale of our home and was a delight to work with throughout. She was always responsive, clear and timely in her communication, and quick to help with any questions or follow-ups. We appreciated how approachable and easy she was to deal with, and always felt well supported throughout the process. Melissa was professional, genuine and a great part of the team. We’d be very happy to work with her again.

We couldn’t fault Melissa’s service. Her calm and caring nature made the job of selling our house so much easier. She is an excellent communicator always relaying messages and getting back to us within a good time frame. Thank you Melissa we really appreciate everything you have done for us!

I first met Melissa over 6 months ago when I listed my property for sale and wanted to buy a property in Waratah to be closer to my children. I first thought it was as an impossible task with current market. I clearly remember after about 4 months on the market I gave up all hope. I said ti Melissa I have given up have you? She replied , “no way I’m confident”. I couldn’t believe it, kept her energy up right to the end. Hours of work inspections and open houses. Finally my dream came true, I received a call to say my dream house was back in the market. I was overwhelmed. Thought the whole process Melissa was transparent and 100% honest. I will never forget the professional service by Melissa. I will continue to use Melissa in the future and recommend her to family and friends.
