If having had to purchase sight unseen from interstate during a pandemic wasn't hard enough, dealing with vastly different real estate processes may have been the straw that broke the camels back...... if it wasn't for Melissa. She was very helpful in communicating with me when a sale had fallen through on the property we originally lost out on.
