Melissa Smelt achieved a sale within a minimum amount of time at a price slightly above what we had negotiated and expected. She has a very pleasant manner and made us feel comfortable and confident that our asset was in competent hands. My only criticism is that someone unexpectedly told us that our property was for sale as she had seen it on Facebook. We didn't feel secure knowing that our private business was out there for who ever was interested in reading it. Also her thankyou for the sale letter was written as if we were the buyers - that felt generic and not genuine which was not typical when we met her face to face.
