Under challenging circumstances - unexpected ill health, I approached Melissa to sell my rental property in Port Lincoln. I had already been contacted by a private buyer and was in quite a dilemma. Melissa was very understanding but encouraged me to carefully consider the various options, which she walked me through, the possible wins and also the possible pitfalls. I was concerned that my lovely long term tenants would have to try to find another property, in a very difficult market, however, Melissa suggested offering the property to the investors market first. Though she had to do a lot of negotiating and sweet talking, Melissa did secure a sale to an investor and went to extreme lengths to ensure that the tenancy changeover was sorted, the required works were undertaken and the Vendors - who were interstate were completely in the loop - even encouraging the tenants to write to them, as to why they would like to stay in the home. The property achieved a very satisfactory price. All documentation was done efficiently and promptly and the whole process was swift and reassuring. As I was under duress with my health and medical procedures, there is nothing more I could have asked for in an agent. Very happy.
