Melissa and Michael are a pleasure to deal with. They are professional and hardworking and sold our property at the price we wanted within a week. They are the go-to agent for us in Boronia Heights.
Melissa and Michael were great. Always put us first. Very friendly. A bit sad now that we've finished with the sale and moved. I would recommend Melissa to anyone in the Boronia Heights area.
Very grateful too Melissa for all the work she done in the sale of my home. I trusted her from day one and she delivered right to the end. A true leader in her field that puts her amongst the very best that there is.
We could not have picked a better team to sell our house. Right from when we first met Melissa and Michael they listened to us and took notice of the condition of the house and how it presented. They offered support and kept us well informed how things were going. We ended up with a great sale price. We can't speak highly enough of them

Living in Sydney investing in Brisbane is a difficult task. Michael and Melissa have gone above and beyond to help us in getting our place ready for tenanting and their professionalism and continued communication has been welcoming. Property maintenance (MMV Property Maintenance) is another string to their bow offered at a very reasonable cost. No need to look elsewhere as Michael will do all the hard work to get the job done properly. We will definitely be working with Michael & Melissa Verschuur with future projects in Brisbane, it has removed a lot of stress knowing you're dealing with someone who takes pride in your investment as if it was their own.
