The process was fast, pain free and amazing! Mel and Mike are amazing! They are honest and down to earth. Always there to answer the 101 stupid questions that I had. I won't go with another agent.

Mel and Michael had my house sold after one open home. However the highest offer then tried to screw me using the building and pest report to reduce price by 15k. I almost caved in but upon there advice we cancelled and relisted. Again after one open home we had multiple offers.. however this it was 10k higher and the buyers accepted the building pest report as is. Mel and Mike saved me at least 20k. The settlement date got pushed out 5 times due to bank muck around but they were helpful all the way. I couldn't of wished for better agents.
