Outstanding service when we needed it most!

Our home was about to be repossessed by the bank when we met Mel. From the very beginning, she treated us with genuine kindness, dignity and respect during an incredibly difficult time. Mel had our property on the market quickly, and her brilliant marketing generated an incredible amount of interest. She negotiated a great price for us, but her care and commitment went far beyond what we ever expected from a selling agent. Mel helped organise our solicitors and a building and pest inspector, then found us another property to live in. She and her husband, Michael, even personally assisted us with moving into our new home. We honestly could not have done any of this without Mel and Michael’s willingness to help. They supported us every step of the way, without judgement, and always made us feel respected and cared for. Their service, compassion and dedication have been truly outstanding.
