From the moment I signed Melissa Williams to a 4 week auction campaign I knew I had chosen the right person. Melissa was always available to answer the smallest questions and nothing was too much trouble. The marketing campaign was brilliant. This was evident by the great response to the open homes, which were held on Saturdays and Wednesdays. After the open homes Melissa followed up with those who attended. Both positive and negative comments were discussed with me and if there was any improvements that we could make then they were instigated. Melissa is very friendly and I never felt pressured in anyway. I was asked my opinion. I wasn’t told what to do and that I found very refreshing. The day of the auction Melissa’s team were here to assist. They were very friendly and professional. We had a great result on the day selling the house for $130,000 over the reserve price.
