Melissa was great to deal with. She was very professional and her communication and reporting after every open house or enquiry even during the beginning of the covid period was great and still managed to get us a good sale price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

This is the second time Melissa is selling a house for me and like the first time, the whole experience was absolutely fantastic! Melissa is very professional and only a pleasure to deal with. She is always very clear in her communication, which really helps! The whole process with her from start to finish was just so easy. I can highly recommend Melissa if you are buying a house or selling! You will not regret it.

Melissa is a very professional agent. Responsive and great level of communication. Highly recommended.

Melissa helped us purchase our first property. Being first home buyers, we were unsure and uncertain of how things worked. Melissa helped us every step of the way and was available throughout the whole buying process. Her experience, knowledge and friendliness was second to none and we could not recommend her more. Thank you for a lovely buying experience.

Melissa is patient, trustworthy, respectful, and persistent without being pushy. She under promises and over delivers. Melissa knows when to step back and when to follow through. Our townhouse had been renovated extensively and another un-renovated townhouse in our complex had sold just before we went on the market. Melissa ensured that individual buyers understood the difference between our townhouse and the other townhouse. Due to this, and the rest of Melissa's marketing approach, our townhouse sold for considerably more than the other townhouse. I have seen Melissa do this with previous properties also. Melissa is a delight to do business with. I would use her again.

Melissa is an absolute professional and someone you can trust as buying a house is an emotional and financial draining process. Melissa was proactive with her responses and said like for like. Of-course this comes with the vast experience, she possess. It has been a wonderful journey with her to secure our first property and would definitely recommend her.

Generally experience with RE Agents is painful whether you are buying or selling (worth than going to the dentist) and most if not all preach all “their heroic sales and their ability to get you more for your house/property”; they miss the most important of this business transaction that the sale or buy of a house is personal matter not just business; this is where Melissa stood above the rest by genuinely Recognised the importance of people’s needs (vendors or buyers) and worked with them accordingly; she turned the dentist experience to a pleasure one. I command Melissa for her professionalism and confidence and most importantly her ethics. Farage Esber I will continue to recommend Melissa and wish her all the best

I found our agent at Response Real Estate, Melissa Williams, approachable, professional, competent and hardworking towards getting us a good result. During all aspects of the sale process, Melissa explained each phase and was reliable and prompt in providing all the paperwork necessary for the sale of our property. We would recommend Melissa and the team at Response to anyone selling or buying a property.

Buying a house is a very important event in everyone's life and we would definitely thank Melissa Williams for making it a delightful experience. She was kind and patient throughout the process . Thanks Melissa , would definitely recommend you to our friends and family .

When the auction results failed to come even close to expectations, Melissa stayed on the job and achieved an outcome that we were happy to accept without trying to erode our minimum asking price.

Great experience as a first home buyer, wasn't difficult as first thought and thanks to Melissa, she made it easy and possible!

A nice agent to work with to make my first home buyer exciting.
