Melissa and Richard where true to their word! Buying my first house all of it was new to me and after putting in 4 offers with other agents and their lack of integrity and follow up was starting to give up! Meeting Melissa and Richard was the best thing that happened mainly because of their integrity, they kept me informed daily, once I put in a verbal offer (contract wasn't ready) they held true to it and didn't go back and forth saying others where looking at it and there's now an increase. Whilst I haven't settled yet I have all confidence that this review will even get better. Melissa has assisted in letting tradesman in whilst I am at work for a few things I want done before moving in and none of it has been a hassle. I don't see Stockdale and Leggo Glenroy as Real Estate but more so a Business Partner! If you looking for a house in the Glenroy area don't bother with other agents just give Melissa or Richard a call and you wont be disappointed.
