I found that Melissah has an extensive knowledge of the Sydney Park Village complex as well as what buyers are looking for. Once we followed her advice, we were originally scheduled to do a campaign of 4 weeks open homes then an auction. However on day 2 after listing she took a buyer from her database through our unit. On the same day she was able to facilitate an offer that we were very happy with, then we exchanged contracts that same day. So my wife and I were very impressed with how she managed the whole sales process and thanks to Melissah we achieved a great result.
