Melita was very patient and available for us when we needed her. We did find however, that she didn't call us back when she said she would and could have spoken to the vendor more about what was staying and going with the sale of the property.

The title says it all! From our initial contact by phone with a Melita we felt at home and confident. Then we met her! Our personalities and understandings of what we wanted in a home just combined. Her communications and follow ups were prompt and to the point. Negotiating with the vendor was made easy with Melita. To find a Real Estate agent with her knowledge was comforting for us, since we were moving to an entirely new town. We cannot recommend Melita higher, she was just that good.
