Everything went really well. However I have a question. Why was the warranty cards not filled in and handed on to us. We need to have proof of purchase &the documents associated with the purchase. In the case of a claim we do not want to be left high & dry. William Jordan the only. This is the only criticsm I have of the whole experience

I met Pam at an open house inspection. Process from there was as smooth as could have been hoped for. Put in an offer, confirmed it was the best offer, no back and forth negotiations (which I appreciated because I would have backed down otherwise) and sale proceeded from there. Building and pest inspection was easily arranged, pre-settlement inspection too. Overall a smooth and easy experience.
