He is very help full and gentle man give us time see the house 🏠 take the call all time he is very nice man good 👍 luck mate

It was great that Melleck called to see if we were interested in a house prior to going on market. This made it easier for us and stress free. He was very invested in the process

The only Real-Estate agent you should all be going to. I would need a million starts to rate Melleck. He has assisted us on the sale of our home and the purchase of a new property all at the same time. We needed to sell our home to pay the house we had just put a deposit on.......all this happened during our cooling off period. He said "I will make this happen", and he did. Right from the very beginning Melleck was fully committed to the process, holding our hands the entire way. From presentation of the home, to marketing, to communicating the effectiveness of the marketing campaign, reporting on buyers and interested parties and ultimately negotiating and executing a successful sale. I can't stress enough that this is the only agent you will ever need to deal with. Truly one of a kind.

I talked to Mellek, asking for help as I sold my property and had to vacate in 8 weeks. Mellek was very nice to deal with and managed to organise an open house on the same day ( Mellek was fair and invited another 7 families who was interested too) we offered the highest price and signed the contract in the same day. Thanks Mellek you ended my stress with a big smile on my face. Mellek = Gentleman + Professional + Flexible + Fair
