Mellissa was great to deal with and made the buying process easy. She was flexible and got the best deal for both sides. She accommodated the process virtually and ensured an interstate purchase went smoothly. The hampers was a nice touch and she worked closely with the sellers to leave the property in great condition. Would highly recommend Mellissa as an agent.
Mellissa understood that our property was not going to be the easiest to market and went to great lengths to ensure that it was well prepared and presented.
Melissa was very open and friendly, whilst exuding professionalism and knowledge. We felt very comfortable and safe in her handling of what we all know is a very costly and emotive situation . Mellissa kept on top of everything throughout the whole process. We would definitely recommend Melissa when buying or selling a property because we know she will diligently give it her all.
The process from start to finish was very easy. Melissa checked in regularly, replied to messages fast and made herself available when needed. Great local knowledge which we appreciated. Melissa was kind, knowledgeable and very genuine. It was a pleasure to purchase our property through her. We strongly recommend Melissa, she made the process stress free!
Melissa's has been a wonderful agent. Very honest, trustworthy and efficient, going above and beyond to help us with the sale.....Even watering our plants while we were away for a few weeks! We would highly recommend her, thanks Melissa
Mellissa was a great agent, very efficient, honest, knowledgeable and quick to reply to any questions we had. She went above and beyond to help us with the sale of our house. We would absolutely recommend Melissa.
I found Mellissa so great. Very friendly and very knowledgeable about the house history and surrounding area. Highly recommend her and the team. Very helpful
Mellissa sold our block quickly in a market where the others couldn’t sell it in 2 years. We are very lucky to have Mellissa in Bridport
From the very first meetings with Mellissa and Katrina from The Agency, we were confident that the sale of our property was in good hands. We were offered advise on presentation and were constantly kept up to date regarding interest and viewings. The end result, far exceeded our expectations. Thankyou Ladies, RF
We found Melissa so friendly and helpful. It was tough going getting the property over the line, but she persevered and was so patient with us and the vendors. She went above and beyond what was expected and we will continue to recommend her to anyone who is selling a property. She loves her job and very tenderly deals with her clients.
Knowledge of current market was fair and Missy was happy to discuss what we thought we would like to obtain from the sale.
