Mellissa helped the reviewer sell this property

Simply brilliant.

Mellissa Sarich came highly recomended by a family friend. We arranged for her to appraise our property which she did immediately. From the outset we were amazed at her professionalism and sense of style in preparation of our home. Her confidence showed through when we were presented with two offers within 5 days of the open home. We sold for $13,000 over asking price. I would gladly recomend her to anyone considering selling real estate.
