Melody is a lovely person and greatly assisted in the sale of my house. she has detailed knowledge of the best contractors and quickly obtained quotes I needed for staging the house, gardening and cleaning. She has a great eye for detail and presentation and was very helpful in determining the amount of refurbishment needed in a tired house. A big question was how much to I spend to make the house presentable. Melody was a huge help for this. I think we struck the right balance. She was always there when I needed advice.
