Can't fault Mel , works hard at selling the impossible , extreme helpful to clients inspecting, even the difficult. Managed to pull off what no one else could, luck ? Or just hard work. After looking at many properties and dealing with some agents who lacked a personal touch I found Melonie’s calm, genuine and honest approach was refreshing. As with any sale there’s always a bit of back and forth in negotiations but she was realistic and did well by both vendor and myself to reach a fair and reasonable sale price. It’s the little details that can make the biggest difference so I recommend her highly and applaud her old fashion values.
