Ours was quite a challenge for Melonie - getting a good price for an above average home in an area of new builds. We also requested no board and no open house. This was all accepted calmly and professionally, and there was even time for her to calm us nervous sellers. A great result was achieved which pleased us and was a record for the area. It is great when an agent is willing to negotiate on fees to try and ensure all parties are satisfied, without compromising the efforts which were employed. She didn't push the point on anything, just kept us advised and informed of our options and offers and exhausted all avenues to get within the price range we were after for our benefit, and not her own. From the moment I engaged with Melonie at First National, within a couple of weeks she had sold my property. It was an amazingly refreshing experience dealing with a Real Estate Agent who definitely knew her stuff. She was able to take over the property from another real estate agent as they were incompetent. She immediately took it over, sorted out stuff, organised for the sale as well as organising the tenants. Within three weeks it was sold for a lower end of range price, but it was satisfactory. Her and the other staff she organised were fantastic. On the ball. Efficient, communicative and effective.
