After making the decision to change agents, from the very beginning Rayner & Melonie were great. Whenever we would discuss the sale she had a positive and confident attitude and there was never a time when the communication lines weren't open. She took it on boldly, and we could tell immediately we made the right decision. The experience was short and the sale, although is a stressful time for anyone, she made it seem effortless, and we are so grateful for that. We can not be anymore appreciative. Highly recommended!
