Luckily when Merelyn returned from holiday, a change was made and this led to a positive outcome. Nicholas Brennan had to manage our sale whilst Merelyn was away and we were very disappointed in his approach. Nicholas did not communicate well and when the selling process was stalling, there was no change in strategy.
