Mergim's advice was to proceed to auction, with appropriate advertising and opens leading up to that event. There was regular communication about the groups who had been to the opens and the extent of interest. The WhatsApp group with Mergim and Leah made communication easy, and they assisted me with recommendations for tradespeople, moving company and cleaners. The day before the auction Mergim helped me set the reserve and explained who the likely bidders were. One of them duly bought the property for a very good price.
