Merina was really professional and friendly from the 'get-go'. She went through the process and explained everything - her communication was outstanding and she let me know what was going on every step of the way, which was very much appreciated. She went over and above, for me, for the buyer and also for my tenant who was renting my apartment through the sale process. Merina from Remax did an amazing job for us. She had a wonderful positive energy throughout the whole process. We felt very comfortable with her from the start. She constructively made some subtle suggestions that would help us get the best price we could. Initially we were looking at around the $420,000.00 mark. After some discussions with her about similar properties and values in the area, we decide to make the effort to do a few small things to the house. After we completed these few things she suggested a range for the listing price which we were very happy with. The rest speaks for itself. We achieved $31,000.00 above the listing price. This was about $57,000.00 more than where we started with. Amazing. Considering we listed on a Wednesday and had six offers on the table by Saturday afternoon, we think Merina did an outstanding job. There were a few minor issues with the properties building and pest how ever Merina made this part of the process stress free. Honestly I don't know what else to say. I cant speak highly enough of her. Would highly recommend.
