Where do I start? Meryl was/is absolutely amazing re all things market intel and just being present for me, especially as a cautious seller during a market that is proving to be fickle. When choosing a managing agent to sell my property - I met a few but Meryl just shone and left others in the district for dead- she is authentic, wears her heart on her sleeve and ultimately does the right thing by the vendor and equally by her buyers- I can say this as I even mystery shopped her :).
