My situation was unusual because my husband passed away and there was some mucking around with formalities and changes that needed to be made. Meryl did keep me informed and did help me through the process. She also did quite a bit of coordinating with the house which was rented by unreliable people. We found there was a breakdown of coordination between the people that rented it out in the first place to the unreliable people and us. Not a smooth operation between people in charge of renting the property and Meryl who was trying to keep up with what was happening in the selling of the property.
