Mia acted as my agent on the sale of my property. Although the sale went through, for which I am grateful, I did not enjoy working with Mia. In addition to frequently telling me how difficult her job was because she was so busy, she did not listen to my instructions, and on one occasion acted contrary to them. She also became argumentative when I raised this complaint with her. I would not work with Mia again.
Just need to thank Mia for some outstanding customer care. This transaction was not straight forward and required extra follow up and redirecting tasks to fellow colleagues to ensure that my concerns were laid to rest. Mia has set a benchmark that other agents need to live up to.
