Miao Yu helped the reviewer buy this property

Best in business for both buyers and sellers!

I had the pleasure of purchasing my property with RMA and Miao recently, after a long process of search and offer in a tough real estate market. From the first inspection, Miao and his team were welcoming and accommodating, proactively negotiating on my behalf to achieve a successful outcome. Communication was clear without being excessive. Timelines once purchase was confirmed were met and all documents required to proceed were sent expeditiously. Normally as a buyer you expect the agent to be working exclusively in the seller's interest; this was not my experience on this transaction. If you are in search of a seamless real estate experience as either buyer or seller, I haven't met an agent much better in the business. And I met a lot of them... Highly recommended for my apartment purchase, I'm very pleased with the property.
