Selling our property we had 2 agents give us a ball park price they believed we would get for the property. At the last moment we got Michael out who said he would get us an extra $100,000.00 on top of what we were already quoted. We sold the house in a shorter than average time and we got the extra cash as well. Going with anyone else would have been a mistake, that's a $100,000.00 in our pocket.
