We had a property to sell which presented a few negatives to prospective buyers. A battleaxe block coupled with Strata levies presented an unusually slow house to sell. Two story property in Harrington Park 2 years old on 800sqm block, you think would sell quickly, next to school, shopping centre and child care facilities. Michael and the team convinced my wfe and I too hang in there because the property was valued correctly and we just had to find the right buyer. After 4 months that happened only $2k off the asking median price. I would recommend Michael and his team to anyone wishing to sell or buy.
