Mike provided us with excellent advice and a strategy suitable for a softening market. It was a strategy also put together knowing our time frame for moving interstate. Mike advised us that whilst quality properties were still selling well, an auction wasn’t necessarily the best option and we developed a strategy and marketing campaign around a private treaty sale to flush out negotiations on price from the outset. This worked well, however, this strategy needs to be backed by a hard negotiator who also has the integrity and honesty to build trust with buyers in the process. In this market, the flashy agents who talk with puffery won’t get the deal done as well as an honest work horse agent like mike. Highly recommeded
