Michael Amarant and Amanda Murphy - Nurturing a relationship to a very successful result

I am a big fan of the team at Hocking Stuart. Mike and Amanda work extremely well as a team unit , providing honest and direct feedback which ultimately resulted in a record price for the property. Their innovative ideas and approach are elements which made the selling process a seamless and engaging one. Mike in particular has nurtured the relationship over the years providing advice and insight on the local area which was invaluable. Based on his advice, the timing of the sale was perfect timed attracting the right profile of buyer which led to a price 200K above reserve.
