Aside from that, he had the ability to listen and understand what I was trying to achieve in the sale. His efforts really paid off by securing a sale right in the range he proposed. He certainly knows the real estate business well and his knowledge of the southern suburbs sales market would take some beating. Michael was an excellent agent. He was extremely thorough throughout the process and was of great help getting our house ready for sale and during the sale process. His communication was great and we always knew what was happening with our property. He always made himself available for questions and put in a lot of hours going back and forth between potential buyers. He has excellent local knowledge and made fantastic recommendations of suppliers/trades with some work we needed to do to the house. Michael was the agent on a home we purchased and due to such a good experience we used him to sell. So we have had very positive experiences on both sides of the process.
