We saw Michael on a property billboard and ask him to come around and make an appraisal. He was very professional and personal which we liked. He made great suggestions for some improvements. When we can to open inspections he kept us informed all along the way. Advising opening dates and he was very clear in answering our questions and concerns. On the day of auction he kept letting us know the process and what was happening. We felt he went above and beyond what we expected from a real estate agent.
