Michael helped the reviewer sell this property

Friendly, helpful and communicative with good local knowledge.

Both while managing agent for our rental and during the sale process Michael was very knowledgeable. He seemed to have a handle on the local market and a back catalogue of potential buyers. Very easy to communicate with and able to assist at every turn, even sourcing quotes for staging our property professionally. He managed a speedy sale and achieved a very acceptable price.
