Great Result

Very happy with our dealings with Michael and Jon from Arnold Real Estate in selling our investment property in Tighes Hill. It had been very handy when our kids were at Uni in Newcastle to have the property, but it needed a lot of work done on it so we were glad it went to new owners to make it shine. Michael and Jon kept in constant communication regarding how inspections had gone and the vibes they were getting from inspections. We were very happy with the price we achieved in a market that was definitely cooling down. The marketing approach we agreed on with Michael and Jon was very appropriate for our property which was important to us, as we didn't want a pushy overdone approach given the condition of the property and our realistic expectations
