Excellent Service provided by Michael-from iconek. I had the pleasure of purchasing a property through Michael. He is amazing and reliable, and a trustworthy person. One of the main reasons why I purchased the property through Michael, the best in the bussiness can always rely on him and the stuff at iconek will definitely go back to them in the near future to buy or resell. Keep it up 👍

We would like to personally thank Michael Assad for the hard work he and his team put in whilst selling our home in Epping. We had met Michael several times as we had been viewing properties that were on the market for sale and found his market knowledge was wonderful and he was extremely approachable. We were nervous given the volatility of the market, but Michael put us at ease and made the selling experience a pleasurable one. We would highly recommend Michael and his team to family and friends for a comfortable and headache free selling experience.

Michael understands the property market and is very knowledgeable on buyers needs and how to market a property. Our key highlight in working with him is that he genuinely cares and follows up all parties to ensure feedback on the property is captured and conveyed to us as vendors. Agents who can get the basics right are hard to find. Michael is the best as he actively listens and really accommodated for our needs as a family selling a house.

Alen & Michael delivered what they promised with outstanding results. Very professional, excellent communication, highly recommended.
