Knowledge is power!
I have lived in the northern suburbs for most of my life, 35+ years. I know the area and many of the locals who grew with me. A growing family with growing needs, we toyed with the idea of moving to a premise with room for a growing family, in no rush but actively participating in a search. 6+ years of probing for the right property, attending endless auctions/inspections, we found what we hope to be our new home. During that period of searching, we noticed a pattern, records $$$ set in property values and the number of properties sold under Michael/Iconek Estate Agents. It was evident that Michael’s knowledge and understanding of the area gave him the edge over the competition. We knew early-on that when it came time to sell our home, there was only 1 place to go. Regardless of how prepared we thought we were to sell/move, it all flew out of the window once we called a relater. After all, it was our family home, we built, customised, invested in aesthetics and facilities, made alterations giving it some unique uncommon features making our day-to-day home life enjoyable. In short, it’s a home where we would gladly live the rest of our lives in. Emotions were overwhelming. We grew unsure; were we doing the right thing? The location, area, neighbours, friends and the kid’s lifestyle were going to change. We considered keeping the property, not move, or move and have it as an investment property, maybe we would mum in it... and many more thoughts. We invited Michael around, we discussed our situation, options and ideas. Michael listened, he wanted the best for us, it wasn’t about what he could do for himself rather what he could do for us. After more time thinking, we made the decision to sell. From here Michael instructed us on which way was the best way to go, how to get the best return on investment. We followed Michael’s instructions. The property sold the same day it went to market! Michael was ready, prepared, His knowledge gave us the POWER… Well Done, Michael.
