When contacting some agents in the area, many of them were unable to meet us for an appointment very late at night, which was the only time we were free due to work commitments. Finally we had a call back from an agent , Michael Assaad who was more than happy to discuss with us at a time that was convenient for us. Michael was open and honest at our first appointment reassuring us that we would receive a positive outcome. After signing with Michael I had a look at his online reviews and had noticed, an abundance of positive outcomes for families selling their homes with him in the North. What also struck me, was the commentary surrounding the “Dynamic Duo” of Michael and Auctioneer Alen Hewson , Personally, for me getting a sense that the team I was signing up with worked well in tandem was very reassuring. From the very first day the property was listed Michael had buyers coming through the house. At the end of each inspection Michael provided us with honest feedback, with how the campaign was faring, this once again was reassuring. Another key aspect was Michael’s respect and understanding of our cultural values when setting times and dates for the Auction. This ability to adjust to the client’s needs made things a lot less stressful. Come Auction day we were having last minute jitters with the whole event, particularly with the Auction day being on a Sunday. To overcome these jitters, Michael’s cheeky nature came to the forefront, by alerting us that a Footy star was Auctioning his house on the same day as ours. The event had over 150 people attending and at least 5 bidders frantically bidding for the house, which I was overwhelmed with considering it was a 35 degree day and a Sunday. As living witness, to the auction process, you could see the emotion flowing from Michael and his support team on Auction day, striving to achieve to achieve the best possible outcome. We were delighted with the result and recommend Michael if you are looking to sell in 2017.
