After sitting through a number of Agents sprouting on about what they had sold recently, it was like a breath of fresh air when we sat down with Michael. He let us talk and listened to what we were after. He was upfront and honest from our first meeting, through 7 Open for Inspections and finally Auction day. He always had a very calming manor about himself, which for us during the selling period, was very re-assuring. We could not recommend Michael and his team from Iconek any more highly for the way they worked with us in selling our home. The result we achieved on the day was testament to the hard work and co-operation put in by all. A sale significantly higher than our reserve price.
