Selling our investment property from interstate meant I needed an agent I could trust, and I’m so glad we chose Michael! He was fantastic from beginning to end. He was friendly, honest, reliable, hard-working, and an excellent communicator the whole way through. Michael also helped organise Lilian from Stylepoint to style the property, and amazingly to clean and paint the place at very short notice, right before Christmas. We were so pleased with the outcome of the sale that Michael achieved for us. We have never had such an easy experience selling and for that to happen with us being at such a distance was a relief - I felt so confident that Michael had everything under control that it didn’t even occur to me to be stressed!
