Michael, along with his son Alec, were able to re-direct buyers that missed out in an auction nearby, to consider our property. This was only possible with the relationship we had with Alec and being present on the day the other property sold. We were there to see Michael and his team in action and were happy enough with that. What followed made our trip there even more worthwhile. We had a potential buyer for our property even before it had been marketed for sale.
