Selling my family home was a very difficult decision to make and to have someone who would help on the journey of letting go of my home comfortably and seamlessly was critically important to me. Asking Michael to join me in the process was a very easy decision to make as I have seen the way he has worked with other home owners and delicately handles their sales. Throughout the entire process ,Michael never pushed me to make decisions I wasn't comfortable with and accompanied me in every step by keeping communication open and transparent at all times. He worked tirelessly to help another family purchase my home and went above and beyond in promoting.Overall the entire process was simple and stress free due to Michael's professionalism and diligence. I highly recommend Michael to work with other home owners who are looking to sell. I am confident that Michael's expertise of the property market will enable all future home vendors to greatly benefit from their sale .

It was great to work with Michael. He was always fortcoming with market knowledge, punctual in keeping on top of all steps involved in the sale of our property. Thankyou Michael.

Michael Azzis answered my phone call even on Sunday night, which many real estate agents dont..they would just put it on voice mail, which I hate. I work whole of Sat and Sunday so I normally google properties for sale late at night or on public holidays. - so he has been prompt, gave me important info on that property, and he is empathetic to my needs. He also referred me to other services to help me complete this purchase.
