Michael was exceptional in his market knowledge and service. From the beginning he was very clear in his strategy and sales process. He kept me updated at all time. we achieved a price higher than what all the other agents i had out quote me. I would happily use Michael again to sell a property in then future. The property sold was a deceased estate and the family were treated with empathy and respect. My numerous questions were answered promptly and all communication was clear and concise. The property sold for above the reserve because it was very well advertised (attracting a number of keen purchasers) and the auctioneer, Rob was very patient. I would thoroughly recommend Michael and his auctioneer Rob to anyone selling their property.
