As the property buyer, I was engaged just the right amount of times, to get updates and see how he could assist; and done so in a manner that didn’t make me feel ’hassled’ (you know the type). He acted as a conduit between both parties and ensured I had everything I needed! The congratulations gift at the end was the cherry on top.

Michael works with great people - salesperson Chris and the team of cleaners and stylists who ensured our property looked amazing all the time during the sales period. Although Michael was the lead agent for the property, he didn’t really communicate much with me. His colleague Chris handled most communications. Chris was great and down-to-earth but interactions with Michael came across as a bit arrogant. This was not my first time purchasing a property and upon settlement the customer service did not really meet my expectations.

Michael and Chris were knowledgeable and were able to respond to queries quickly and efficiently. Courteous and professional at all times.

Admittedly I understand realestate agents have a busy job and do have other commitments as well, however we felt as though there was not a lot of help and communication from Michael which is extremely disappointing to say. we were continuously following up on basic answers to questions we had asked multiple times. All in all, the job ended up getting done but wad not very happy with the experience.

Michael was able to sell my investment property that was very hard to sell due to it not being able to be lived in or rented out by the owner. A lot of people don't understand this type of concept of rental properties but they have a good return on your money and are hassle free as rent is paid every month no matter what. He did a great job to sell it because of the type of unit it was and its very hard to find buyers that have the finances required to buy it but he did and it is now sold.
