When we started our quest for something new, we didn't really know what we were looking for, we just knew we hadn't found it yet. Then we came across Michael Barr. Michael didn't just hear us out, and try to sell us anything in his port folio...he actually listened. We know this because we hadn't actually listened to him. Michael presented us to the block we eventually purchased, but we couldn't see the wood for the tree's, and had to look and probe and prod at almost everything else available. When we finally took in what Michael obviously already knew, we went straight to contract and couldn't be happier with our block, and cant wait to build. Michaels obvious attention to detail is commendable and should take him right to the top in his chosen career. Michael supported us right through to settlement, liasing between our financier, our solicitor and the vendors solicitor, even offering himself as secretary on the many occasions our computer failed, anything to achieve a smooth transition.
